Welcome to rapidotoken.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using rapidotoken.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Rapido Entertainment s.r.o., the entity operating rapidotoken.com.
  • "User" refers to anyone accessing or using the website.
  • "Token" refers to the Rapido Loyalty Store Token (RLST).
  • The term ‘Rapido’, ‘Rapido Entertainment’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or "company" refers to:
    • Our website address: rapidotoken.com (the Website).
    • Our company name: Rapido Entertainment s.r.o., a fully EU Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) regulated company incorporated in Prague, Czechia with company number 21646414.
    • Our company address: Chudenicka 1059/30, 102 00, Prague 10 - Hostivar, Czechia.

2. Eligibility

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Are not located in a jurisdiction where purchasing or using tokens is prohibited.

3. Use and Purchase of Tokens

  • Rapido Loyalty Store Tokens (RLST) are utility tokens designed for use within the Rapido ecosystem.
  • RLST does not represent shares, securities, or any form of investment contract.
  • The RLST sales process is managed by our fully regulated broker house FIMA Crypto d.o.o., ensuring full compliance with EU legislation and applicable financial regulations.
  • FIMA Crypto d.o.o. will accept fiat currency or cryptocurrency as payment methods to purchase tokens.
  • To buy RLST you will need to create an account on the site, verify your identity, deposit funds, and then, after funds receipt has been confirmed, FIMA Crypto d.o.o. will send the tokens to the wallet address that you will have provided.
  • The Company does not take any responsibility for not having received the tokens because of having provided a wrong wallet address in the first place. It is your responsibility to double-check and provide the correct wallet address before providing it to our broker.
  • RLST token is solely for entertainment purposes and lacks intrinsic value. Its value is driven purely by demand, making it highly volatile. It’s advisable to conduct thorough research and exercise caution before making any purchase.
  • The Company does not guarantee any financial returns.

4. Restrictions

  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the website.

5. Risk Disclaimer

  • Cryptocurrencies and tokens involve significant risks, including market volatility and regulatory changes.
  • The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred due to price fluctuations or third-party actions.
  • Users should conduct their own research before purchasing tokens.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on rapidotoken.com, including logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Any loss of profits, revenues, or data.
  • Any technical issues affecting the website.
  • Third-party breaches affecting the security of tokens.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

  • There is no set deadline, but please note that only 160 million tokens are available at a discounted pre-sale price on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Minimum investment for Private person: $250 USD
    • Minimum investment for Institutional entity: $5,000 USD
    • Maximum investment: There is no strict maximum limit; in case you plan to purchase very large number of tokens, please reach out to us to discuss your personalized investment plan.

  • You can pay for tokens in Euro (EUR) by IBAN bank transfer or by cryptocurrency wallet in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USD Coin (USDC), Build and Build - formerly Binance Coin (BNB), Solana (SOL), XRP (Ripple), Cardano (ADA) and Tron (TRX). Credit and debit cards are not supported yet but we plan to add card payments support in Q2 2025.

  • You can use any wallet which supports the SORA Network, popular wallets are:

  • The SORA Network ecosystem is expanding, and Rapido plans to launch its own highly secure and user-friendly X-Wallet as soon as SORA transitions to its third iteration, built on Hyperledger Iroha 2. This upgrade, combined with the X-Wallet's advanced features, including FIAT support, will further enhance usability, performance, and scalability, delivering a best-in-class experience for users.

  • Once your funds have been transferred and processed, your RLST tokens will be sent to the crypto wallet address you provided.

  • After completing the transfer, you will receive a confirmation email with your payment details. You can also verify your token balance in your crypto wallet.

  • Pre-listing discounted sale RLST Tokens are vested according to the distribution schedule outlined in our Whitepaper (if you haven't read it yet, please download it).
